Los Angeles Democrat Mayor Eric Garcetti posted a disturbing anti-American video in which he instructed undocumented aliens on how to evade law enforcement and ICE.

Mayor Garcetti, along with Los Angeles police chief Michel Moore, claimed that immigration was a federal matter and is not related to public safety.

The mayor’s office also released a printable pdf for undocumented aliens that contains written instructions on how to evade ICE agents.
