The National Basketball Association (NBA) announced it is suspending the season after Utah Jazz player Rudy Gobert tested positive for Coronavirus.

The National Basketball Association has suspended its season following a Utah Jazz player testing positive for COVID-19 coronavirus, the league announced.
The league made the decision after delaying an in-session event between the Oklahoma City Thunder and Jazz. The game was eventually canceled after officials became aware of the positive test. In a statement released late Wednesday, the league said the “affected player was not in the arena.”
