78-year-old Joe Biden signed a series of executive orders on Tuesday as he trashed Americans as racist, morally deprived people.

Biden mumbled to himself and grappled with his pen as he sat down to sign the orders.

‘Wait a minute..tryin to put my pen away here,’ Biden mumbled to himself as he struggled to put his pen away for 10 seconds straight.

Joe Biden’s mental capacity is rapidly declining yet the media chooses to ignore his obvious signs of dementia.
