President Trump on Monday blasted The New York Times for repeatedly altering a headline to make the Democrats look less bad for killing a massive stimulus bill to address the coronavirus pandemic.
“The New York Times changed headlines 3 times in order to satisfy the Radical Left. What should have been a good story got ‘worse & worse,’ until the headline alone made it very unfair. Fake & Corrupt News that is very dangerous for our Country!” Trump wrote on Twitter.

In its first headline, The Times ripped Democrats for blocking the COVID-19 economic stimulus bill with the headline: “Democrats Block Action on $1.8 Trillion Stimulus.”
That’s what happened, and The Times (weirdly) actually got the headline right.
But something must’ve happened because The Times quickly changed the heder.
“Democrats Block Action On Stimulus Plan, Seeking Worker Protections,” said the second headline.
But even that wasn’t enough to satisfy the liberal editors at the paper, who ordered another change.
“Partisan Divide Threatens Deal on Rescue Bill.”

Trump on Sunday also blasted the mainstream media for its coverage of the virus.
“I watch and listen to the Fake News, CNN, MSDNC, ABC, NBC, CBS, some of FOX (desperately & foolishly pleading to be politically correct), the @nytimes, & the @washingtonpost, and all I see is hatred of me at any cost. Don’t they understand that they are destroying themselves?” he wrote on Twitter.
