Not long after ABC’s Good Morning America promoted anti-Christian bigotry against possible SCOTUS nominee Judge Any Coney Barrett because she’s a “devout Catholic,” but Clinton lackey and chief anchor George Stephanopoulos used his interview with Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) on This Week pitch her insidious plots to block the nomination process, including impeachment. And if Senate Republicans did confirm a new justice, Stephanopoulos proposed packing the court in “retaliation.”
Before pushing for another set of partisan impeachment hearings and trial, Stephanopoulos first suggested Pelosi use ongoing negotiations with the White House over government funding to somehow stop a nomination.
“You are in the middle of negotiations over government funding. The government runs out of funding at the end of September. Is there any way we can use leverage in those negotiations to slow this nomination down,” he begged.
Pelosi wasn’t interested in a government shutdown and simply encouraged people to go out and vote because the country was in danger. That didn’t sit well with ABC’s chief anchor. He feared that even if his Democratic Party picked up seats in the House, took back control of the Senate, and won the presidency, a lame-duck Republican Senate would do their Constitutional duty to fill the seat.
Stephanopoulos’s solution? Impeachment! Note how he never says who’s supposedly “mentioned the possibility”:
Let me press you though on what happens. You said want people to get out there and vote, and even that's no guarantee that the White House and Senate Republicans won't try to push through a Supreme Court nomination in a lame-duck session even if Joe Biden wins on November 3, even if Democrats win, pick up seats in the House, and maybe even the Senate.
So, what can you do then? Some have mentioned the possibility if they try to push through a nominee in a lame-duck session that you and the House can move to impeach President Trump or Attorney General Barr as a way of stalling and preventing the Senate from acting on this nomination.
Pelosi never said she was opposed to the idea of launching another impeachment crusade, and he picked up on that. “But to be clear, you're not taking any arrows out of your quiver, you’re not ruling anything out,” he pressed again. She played coy.
His last question dealt with the possibility of Senate Republicans getting a nominee confirmed and how the Democratic could exact retribution through packing the court with liberal-activist judges. “And finally, if the Republicans, though, still are successful, many of your colleagues have called for, again, if a majority is voted for Democrats in November, expanding the court in retaliation,” he boasted, looking for her response.
Between ABC actively lobbying liberal Republicans to block any nomination, promoting anti-Christian bigotry, and now all this, there’s no argument against the fact that the network was just an activist arm of the Democratic Party.
These plots to block and undo Constitutional actions by a Republican Senate were made possible because of lucrative sponsorships from Verizon, Fidelity, and Febreze. Their contact information is linked so you can tell them about the biased news they’re funding.

GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS: You are in the middle of negotiations over government funding. The government runs out of funding at the end of September. Is there any way we can use leverage in those negotiations to slow this nomination down?
SPEAKER NANCY PELOSI (D-CA): Well, none of us has any interest in shutting down government. That has such a harmful and painful impact on so many people in our country, so I would hope that we could just proceed with that. There is some enthusiasm among some exuberance on the left to say. We're not going to be shutting down government.

STEPHANOPOULOS: Let me press you though on what happens.
PELOSI: Well, we have our options. We have arrows in our quiver that I'm not about to discuss right now, but the fact is we have a big challenge in our country. This president has threatened to not even accept the results of the election with statements that he and his henchmen have made.
(…)
STEPHANOPOULOS: But to be clear, you're not taking any arrows out of your quiver, you’re not ruling anything out.
PELOSI: Good morning. Sunday morning. Yeah. We have a responsibility. We've taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. We have a responsibility to meet the needs of the American people. That is when we weigh the equities of protecting our democracy requires us to use every arrow in our quiver.
STEPHANOPOULOS: And finally, if the Republicans, though, still are successful, many of your colleagues have called for, again, if a majority is voted for Democrats in November, expanding the court in retaliation. Your response?
PELOSI: Well, let's just win the election. Let's hope that the president will see the light.
